FAQs

Do you offer virtual or in-person therapy?

I currently provide secure telehealth therapy, allowing you to attend sessions from the comfort and privacy of your own space.

What states do you serve?

I am licensed to provide therapy in Texas and Washington. At this time, I am currently accepting new clients in Texas only. If you are located in Washington and are interested in working together, please feel free to reach out for current availability or future openings.

What concerns do you help with?

I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, stress, low self-esteem, and difficulties with boundaries. I specialize in supporting high-functioning women who are ready to move from survival mode to secure living.

Do you accept insurance?

I am currently credentialing with several insurance providers. Please contact me to verify my current insurance options. Private-pay appointments are also available.

What are your private-pay rates?

Individual Therapy: $125
Couples Therapy: $200
Intensive Individual Sessions (90 minutes): $150

How long are therapy sessions?

Most individual and couples sessions are 53 minutes. Extended sessions are 90 minutes when clinically appropriate.

How do I get started?

The first step is scheduling a free 15-minute consultation. We'll discuss your goals, answer any questions, and determine if we're a good fit before scheduling your intake appointment.

How often will we meet?

Most clients begin with weekly sessions. As progress is made, we may transition to biweekly or monthly sessions based on your needs and goals.

Is everything we discuss confidential?

Yes. Your privacy is important. Everything shared in therapy is confidential, with exceptions required by law, such as concerns involving imminent risk of harm, abuse or neglect, or court-ordered disclosures. These limits will be reviewed during your intake appointment.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a late cancellation or no-show fee.

What if I'm not sure therapy is right for me?

That's completely okay. The consultation is a chance for us to talk about what's bringing you to therapy, what you're hoping to gain, and whether my approach feels like the right fit for you.

What can I expect during my first session?

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another. We'll discuss your concerns, personal history, strengths, goals for therapy, and begin creating a plan tailored to your needs.

How do I know if we're a good fit?

A strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in successful therapy. My goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and challenged to grow. If I believe another provider would better meet your needs, I'll gladly provide appropriate referrals.
